We use quality materials and solid engineering so our products will last in tough environments like your school — for years. We stand by our products. If something goes wrong, we do our best to help solve the problem.

Return Policy

Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested and resalable) condition in the original manufacturer packaging.

Returned shipping must be prepaid and the items must be adequately wrapped to prevent shipping damage.

A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may applied to all returns.

All repair requests are subject to pre-approval by TeachLogic and will be evaluated in accordance with the terms of our warranty.

RA Request Form

If your request is approved, an RA number will be assigned and further instructions will be provided. In some cases, we will request photos to evaluate the problem prior to issuing an RA. Most returns and exchanges are processed within two weeks upon receipt of the item(s).
