Use the form below to submit a Return Authorization request for your TeachLogic equipment. Before using this form, please consider using the below links to try to solve your issue without having to return the item.

All repair requests are subject to pre-approval by TeachLogic and will be evaluated in accordance with the terms of our warranty.  If your request is approved, an RA number will be assigned and further instructions will be provided.  In some cases, we will request photos to evaluate the problem prior to issuing an RA.
