Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested and resalable) condition in the original manufacturer packaging.
Returned shipping must be prepaid and the items must be adequately wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may applied to all returns.

If your request is approved, an RA number will be assigned and further instructions will be provided. In some cases, we will request photos to evaluate the problem prior to issuing an RA. Most returns and exchanges are processed within two weeks upon receipt of the item(s).
